Olawale Dare, a security aide to Seyi Tinubu, has accused controversial sex therapist Hauwa Saidu, popularly known as Jaruma, of allegedly demanding ₦100 million from him after a brief sexual relationship. In a statement reportedly submitted to the Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre on October 8, 2026, Dare claimed she threatened to expose their affair to his boss and accuse him of rape if he failed to pay.

Dare told the police that they met through a friend at a lounge in Abuja in late 2025. He alleged that Jaruma later asked him to invest between ₦100 million and ₦200 million in her business, promising substantial returns, but he declined. He also claimed she subsequently demanded money and threatened to release allegations against him, prompting him to distance himself from her..

The security aide also denied involvement in the alleged cyberstalking of Rayan Kamal, a businesswoman and personal assistant to Seyi Tinubu, whose complaint reportedly led to a separate investigation. Jaruma has reportedly been charged with two counts of cyberstalking over TikTok posts allegedly targeting Kamal and Seyi Tinubu. The allegations made by Dare remain claims and have not been established as facts.
