Nigerian social media personality Jarvis has threatened legal action against her husband, Peller, following an alleged disagreement over his reported plan to take another wife. In a video shared on Snapchat, Jarvis questioned why the issue had surfaced only a few months after their marriage and said it differed from what she understood before the wedding.
Jarvis said Peller had told her that he was Muslim and that any second wife he married would also be Muslim. She argued that this was not the arrangement she believed they had agreed to before getting married, adding that she was unhappy that the subject of another wife had emerged so soon into their marriage.
During the exchange, Jarvis repeatedly said she would sue Peller and accused him of changing the terms she understood before their marriage.
