A Caucasian woman has sparked reactions after calling out MTN over persistent network problems affecting communication with her husband.
In a video shared on X, she complained that her husband often has to call multiple times before getting through. She said only one out of several attempts sometimes connects.
The woman also criticised the network for dropping calls after they eventually connect. “MTN, how many times did I call you?” she asked, jokingly blaming the network for putting her marriage under pressure.
