Ekiti politician and philanthropist Opeyemi Falegan has apologised to Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday, years after their highly publicised relationship ended in 2022. The two addressed their past disagreements during a TikTok Live session on Saturday.
During the conversation, Nkechi insisted that an apology was necessary before she could move past the dispute, recalling comments Falegan previously made about her during a social media broadcast. She explained that the remarks had continued to affect her, as people still used them to attack her online.
Opeyemi Falegan eventually apologised, saying he had changed over the years and did not want her to remain angry with him. He urged them to move beyond their past differences, bringing renewed attention to their relationship, which ended with public exchanges and accusations on social media in 2022.
