Senior Economist at SPM Professionals, Paul Alaje, has warned that any presidential candidate who fails to address productivity could weaken Nigeria’s economy if elected in 2027. Speaking on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics, he urged Nigerians to assess candidates based on their plans to increase economic output.
Alaje challenged candidates to present concrete policies that would improve productivity and living standards. The Senior Economist said voters should consider candidates whose economic plans would help their money go further and make essential expenses, including rent, more affordable.
Meanwhile, FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has described Atiku Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi and Peter Obi as political gamblers, accusing them of pursuing presidential ambitions without a clear vision for Nigeria. Speaking at a Rainbow Coalition town hall meeting in Rivers State, Wike urged Nigerians to examine candidates’ records rather than rely solely on campaign promises.

Evening they give us the solid and realistic plan or policy, what is the proof that they will do as they’ve mentioned…..No proof 🧾 and it all ends as shade is of lies again. It’s exhausting.
Just build yourself as an individual…create opportunities for yourself and build a financial life for yourself…..create your own government and forget about these leaders for now.
