Nollywood actor Uzor Arukwe has revealed that he is uncomfortable with accolades because he does not want his career to be judged by the number of awards he has received.
Uzor made this known during an interview on the CreativiTea podcast, where he discussed his views on acting, professional growth and recognition. According to him, he prefers his performances to speak for themselves rather than allowing trophies to define his achievements.
Arukwe explained that people should assess his work based on his most recent performance. He stressed that consistency and delivering quality roles matter more to him, adding that an actor is only as good as their last job.

Yea I agree with you…..well that invites awards too and you’ve got no choice than to see people use it to grade you but those who know would know that you’re definitely more than the awards 😉
