Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter Tayo Oyewole, professionally known as Tayo Tope-Oyewole, continues to explore Christian devotion through her music with the release of her single ‘Halleluyah’ in March 2025.
The 4-minute-15-second song centres on praise and thanksgiving, featuring expressive vocals, supporting harmonies and an arrangement that highlights its worship message. Oyewole contributed to the songwriting, composition and lead vocals, bringing together her musical and creative abilities in the recording.
The release follows her earlier songs, including ‘So Glorious’, ‘O Jinde’, ‘Oba Wa Ni’, ‘Temitope’ and ‘Revival’. Now based in the United Kingdom, Oyewole plans to expand her music through concerts, new recordings and possible collaborations with gospel choirs and instrumentalists. She also organises and hosts Minstrel Gists through her Facebook group, Beautiful Minstrel and Ministers.
