Ghanaian actress and fashion personality Nana Akua Addo has announced her separation from her husband, Harold Norman, weeks after an alleged domestic violence incident.
The announcement comes after the 42-year-old actress was reportedly assaulted and hospitalised following an incident involving her husband. Addo later confirmed the incident, while the Ghana Police Service disclosed that investigations were ongoing and Norman’s hospitalisation had delayed his arraignment.
On October 30, Nana made her first public appearance since the incident at Lagos Fashion Week 2026, where she closed designer Sevonda Jana’s show in a wedding gown. Explaining the significance of her outfit, the mother of two said it symbolised the end of a chapter in her marriage and the beginning of a new phase in her life.
