Nigerian singer and bandleader DOTTi The Deity has completed the first leg of his The Cocoa XP Tour, which took his music across three cities in Nigeria and the Republic of Benin. The performances showcased songs from his second album, Cocoa Hue, alongside his live band, The Pantheon.
The tour began on September 12, 2026, at Bature Brewery in Victoria Island, Lagos, before moving to Banjo Jazz Club in Cotonou on October 24. The Cotonou performance attracted an enthusiastic audience, highlighting the growing reach of DOTTi’s music beyond Nigeria. The first leg ended on October 31 in Ibadan, his hometown.
Following the tour, DOTTi and his team are preparing for the next edition of his annual concert, Soul ‘N’ Sooya, scheduled for January 2, 2027, at the J Randle Centre, Onikan, Lagos. With preparations underway, the singer is also making room in his schedule for bookings and other engagements for the remainder of the year.
