Nollywood action-thriller The Covenant is returning with Part 2, with the new instalment set to premiere on Netflix across Africa on November 6, 2026. Creator and executive producer Vincent Okonkwo is bringing the series back, with South African filmmaker King Shaft directing the continuation of the story following the first season’s dramatic ending.
The upcoming instalment follows Dagogo and his family as they face deeper gang conflicts, old betrayals, grief and a struggle to protect their empire. Sola Sobowale returns as Stella, alongside Gideon Okeke, Uzee Usman, Bimbo Manuel, Segun Arinze, Ivie Okujaye and Tope Olowoniyan. South African actors Vuyo Dabula and Sibusiso Jill are also joining the cast, bringing new characters into the unfolding family conflict.
With new alliances and dangerous rivalries threatening the family’s grip on power, The Covenant Part 2 promises to continue the unresolved storylines from Season 1. While African viewers can stream the series on Netflix from November 6, 2026, audiences outside Africa will be able to watch it on Kava TV.
