Former Big Brother Naija housemate Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has advised the show’s organisers to take a break and develop fresh ideas to attract viewers.
Speaking in an interview, She said social media has changed how Nigerians consume entertainment, with online discussions and controversies competing for attention with events inside the BBNaija house. She cited the ongoing family dispute involving music duo P-Square as an example of content attracting public interest.
She urged the organisers to rethink the show’s format and return with more exciting ideas that would meet viewers’ changing expectations. She rose to fame during the 2019 Pepper Dem season before being disqualified following a clash with fellow housemate Mercy Eke.
