Nollywood actress Tenia Abraham Omenogor has died at the age of 32 after reportedly battling a kidney infection. She passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and her family announced her death two days later. The actress was laid to rest on Saturday, October 17, at Gudu Cemetery in Abuja.
Her family announced the burial arrangements on her social media page, describing her as a gifted actress whose passion and talent touched many lives. They mourned her passing and said her legacy would not be forgotten. Tenia was also a former Beauty Queen South South 2020.
Her death comes days after gospel singer Toluwanisings also passed away. Pelumi Olajengbesi, convener of the Coalition of Public Interest Lawyers and Advocates, expressed concern over the deaths of young Nigerians while reacting to the singer’s passing, saying such losses were deeply troubling.
